Why Drain Clearing Is Not Covered
Drain clearing cannot be guaranteed because Ruby Rescue Plumbing cannot control what enters the drain after service. Grease, hair, wipes, food, and other materials can create another blockage at any time.
Any separate repair or installation completed during the drain-clearing visit remains protected by the applicable workmanship guarantee.
GET MORE PROTECTION FOR PARTS AND LABOR
Manufacturer warranties typically cover the part but not the labor needed to remove and replace it.
Get additional protection through the extended warranty program offered by Ruby Rescue Plumbing. This third-party program can cover both parts and labor. Because coverage is managed by a separate provider, the warranty remains active even if Ruby Rescue Plumbing is no longer operating.
All coverage remains subject to the terms of the manufacturer or extended warranty provider.
